Assembly

Nearly 100% of AAS product that is shipped to our customers is a culmination of several technologies that have come together—injection molded plastic parts, metal formed steel or aluminum sections—combined with the surface coatings required by the specific application. The final, and most critical, step in the process is the assembly of these components into a visually pleasing, yet functional, end-use product for our customers.

AAS currently operates over 100 assembly cells in our manufacturing facilities, employing automation where appropriate, utilizing our lean manufacturing knowledge base and error-proofing technology to ensure our customers receive the product that they expect.
