As part of being the ‘one-stop’ shop for our customers, AAS has developed a supply base that includes both domestic and foreign-based companies specializing in Class ‘A’ finishing. Whether your product requires protective electro-coating, high-gloss powder coating (smooth or stipple finish), or has a need to match the body color of a vehicle, AAS can, and does, deliver. If the look you seek is that of highly reflective ‘bright work’, AAS has the capability to provide nickel chrome plating, flash chrome, or high-gloss buffed options. AAS has the experience to provide high-quality, cost-effective finishing solutions to meet your needs.
E-Coat
AAS employs E-coating processes that are specifically designed for automotive and industrial components that require a robust pre-treatment to ensure the corrosion resistance necessary to meet today’s harsh environmental attack. AAS is capable of coating products that successfully meet all industry corrosion testing requirements. AAS provides E-coated products to all major automotive OEMs.
Powder Coat
AAS provides durable polyester and epoxy powder coat solutions. The powder coating finishing alternative provides a virtually unlimited selection of colors and textures to meet your application needs. AAS can powder coat parts as large as 96 inches in length and is capable of designing all of the custom racking necessary to provide a Class ‘A’ exterior finish.

Wet Paint
AAS provides products painted to match vehicle body color through the use of all current technology paint systems.
Mold-in-Color
When possible, AAS can provide cost-effective color solutions through the use of mold-in-color plastics.
Anodizing
AAS, through collaboration with supply partners, provides both bright and satin anodized finishes that meet today’s harsh environmental requirements.
Chrome
AAS, through collaboration with supply partners, provides bright, satin, and platinum nickel chrome finishes that meet OEM expectations for performance, durability, and appearance.
Buffed Stainless Steel
AAS has developed robotic buffing cells that provide an extremely cost-effective, high-gloss alternative to traditional chrome finishes.
