AAS has decades of experience in plastic injection molding that has resulted in the development of process-oriented solutions to meet challenging customer expectations. With a focus on functional components, AAS has developed highly-refined Class ‘A’ exterior injection molding processes. AAS specializes in processing weatherable exterior plastic resins that do not require painting.

AAS has a wide range of plastic welding capabilities from sonic welding and heat-stake welding to more advanced vibration welding processes that can be tailored to meet each customer’s needs.

Presses range in size from 200 to 2,200 tons and are capable of manufacturing products that exceed eight feet in length with a shot size of up to four pounds.
