The ability to quickly prototype and model customer concepts into real, three-dimensional products which can easily be visualized and manipulated with adjoining components and surfaces is critical in today’s fast-paced industry. From conceptual models through final design verification, AAS has the capability to mockup and prototype ideas and concepts through all development phases of a program

Our in-house SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) and FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) machines allow for new components, as well as proposed engineering changes, to be evaluated in hours rather than days. Depending on the end use of the rapid prototype components, the parts can be shown just minutes after being removed from the machine or sanded and painted to resemble a production product.

AAS supports a complete prototype shop that complements rapid prototype capabilities and allows for completion of fully-functional concepts and designs.
