Testing and Product Validation

AAS manufactures products using industry-leading advanced materials and has developed the capability to validate these materials in specific product applications. AAS has the ability to design, develop, complete, document, and report virtually all static testing requirements for OEM applications. AAS has the ability to assess fit and finish and also perform thermal testing to determine the impact of heat and cold on the appearance of Class ‘A’ exterior components.

AAS has developed a network of highly-qualified, third-party, A2LA Accredited Testing Laboratories to perform dynamic, cyclic and crash testing. Additionally, AAS works closely with experienced specialist labs to perform corrosion and UV testing.
